I absolutely think that an agile approach can be brought to marketing. Agile development is something that the software industry developed. Facebook is actually a great example. Their motto is “move fast and break things,” so it can definitely be brought to marketing. You just don’t have to be afraid to disrupt what’s expected, to do something different. The best thing about agile marketing is that you can make small changes to really accomplish a big goal, and you can really even see past that goal and move on forward. I think one of the coolest things about agile marketing and agile development is that ideas can really come from anywhere from the CEO to the receptionist.
