I started Insivia in 2002 and for over 22 years I have had the chance to work directly with hundreds of companies and founders to redefine or reinvent their businesses.

Positioning is an area of consulting that I have spent years perfecting at Insivia. In my days of working with clients, I ran into the challenge too often that companies wanted to produce great sites and successful marketing on very weak foundations.

It is absolutely impossible to achieve leads and sales when you cannot articulate what makes you different and why people should buy. I knew if I wanted to produce results for clients, it would have to start with perfecting how we positioned them in the market.

As a person that hates ambiguity and complexity, I spent years breaking the process in pieces that could be turned into a progressive exercise-based process to take companies through.

I’ve seen other agencies just have meetings and spitball ideas — but for me, my process had to be logical and strategic with precise decisions.

I want companies to walk away from the process feeling like superheroes who have uncovered their superpowers and are now ready to take on the world. That team feel the confidence that comes from being able to clearly articulate their value to the world and knowing that no one else can say it like they do.

Truly understanding your audience and competitors is an absolute necessity for business success. Making decisions based off of assumptions and cursory knowledge versus concrete data and structured analysis is a recipe for disaster.

I have built Insivia to be a strategy-first organization that always has purpose for every decision and action. But to make better decisions and have a strategy that is aligned with outcomes, you have to start with the right knowledge.
