A product configurator is a great way to show the difference between an engineered custom product and the off the shelf products your business might sell. Your configurator will really help allow your customers to self select the items that they need to make a product that will truly work for them or to resell to their clients. It also allows your audience to start the process with a soft touch without having to call in and speak with a sales person that might not be the best first touch for you audience. What it’s going to allow you to do is collect their information like a phone number, their business needs, email address and so on, and really allow your users to start the process on their own terms and not feel pushed into a sale.
