We’re seeking a passionate and driven Web Design & Development Manager who will be working with our Account Strategist team on a large portfolio of clients and projects.

Do you have a great eye for design and expertise in of html/css/javascript? We are looking to add a design/development manager that guides our team with their expertise, works with clients, manages other designers/developers, and can dive in to do design/development themselves.


What You’ll Be Working On.

We work with some of the most innovative software and technology companies in the world. Typically we are designing websites, creating landing pages, designing software UI, and more for our clients.

We need you to help our team produce great sites and landing pages as well as UX designs for our clients.



  • A great eye for design ( send us a link to your portfolio ).
  • Above Average knowledge of HTML, CSS, & JavaScript.
  • Experience making websites responsive.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Is passionate about design and the web.
  • OK with not working in photoshop and instead directly in the web for design.



  • Work with our Account Strategists to lead design and web development conversations.
  • Work with internal and external team members to execute on web or UI projects.
  • Develop processes to enhance our design/development approach.
  • Design amazing sites that are focused on conversion and results.
  • Be able to build the designs out directly in WordPress and CSS – we skip over photoshop, so flat mock-ups don’t happen here.



  • Experience working with software companies and designing websites for them.
  • Solid knowledge in conversion and usability.
  • PHP or WordPress backend experience.
