Although this option won’t cost you any money, per se, it will take a lot of time if you want to do it right. A full audit could take you up to 50 hours, and not all of us have that kind of time.
  • Run some software. Another option is to submit your URL and Google Analytics information to a website, which will then run the audit for you. Many of these are free and easy to use, but it may not be as specific to your site as if a person were to conduct it because it looks for the same indicators on all websites, regardless of their purpose.
  • Hire a professional. Your final option is to hire a professional to conduct your audit. This option will cost you, but if you’re struggling to get the traffic you want, it may be worth it. It’s a good option because you won’t have to spend hours on it, and you’ll get personalized recommendations for improvement.
