Today Matt shares how you can take an in depth look into your competitor’s PPC campaigns.
Hey guys this month we are talking about pay per click advertising and today I just want to talk about how you can get a competitive advantage. The first one being to make sure you’re doing research. There’s a lot of tools out there that you could use to take an in-depth look into your competitors and see you what keywords they’re using, how much they’re actually paying for clicks and what roughly is their monthly budget. One of those tools is SEMrush. Like I said that allows you to take an in-depth look at your competitors to see what types of ads they’re running, their copy, their budget and also the amount of clicks and impressions that they’re roughly seeing per month.
Another tool you can use is the AdWords preview or diagnostic tool. This lets you do a preview of your ad to see how it’s running, how it’s displaying on in search results and also lets you see your competitors so you could once again see their ad copy and where they’re placing.
