I started Insivia in 2002 at the age of 22 — a self-taught programmer with a business degree, a $600 laptop, and an unreasonable belief that I could build something meaningful. Like most entrepreneurs, I learned by leaping and building the plane on the way down.

Two decades later, that leap has become a consultancy, a team, a platform, and now — a movement.

What’s fueled me over 22 years and hundreds of client conversations is a single obsession:

Why do some companies grow while others stall, despite having the same tools, talent, or tech?

The answer, over and over again, came back to this:

The best companies build around their buyers. The worst build around themselves.

That realization became my mission. And that mission became a book, a framework, and an operating system to help others do the same.
