Figuring out what your customers like really comes down to sharing all different types of content with your list, and doing continuous follow up, meticulous tracking, checking open rates, and so on to seeing how your customer list responds to specific types of content messaging you put out on your sites. You can try a lot of different things on your website, your social media sites, and in your email marketing, but if you’re not looking at those numbers and those specific details to see whats more successful or less successful, you’re never really going to understand what it is your audience likes. So look at those numbers, try to identify some glaring results that identify the type of content you should be sharing with your customers, and get to work.
