Today Colin talks about the importance of your contact information and where it should be located on your site.

Hey everyone, a common mistake I see in websites is to not include easily accessible contact information. A decent number of users are coming specifically to get that contact information. How many restaurant websites have you been to where you haven’t been able to find the phone number or address? The longer it takes for a user to find what they are looking for, the more frustrated they are going to get, them more likely they are going to choose a different solution. A good recommendation is to put your phone number and a link to contact us, or contact information at the top right hand corner of your page. Users are also conditioned to look in the footer for address and phone number.
