This is also a great time to double-check all of your profile information to make sure it is up to date, and easily accessible.

Go beyond Facebook

It’s no secret that Facebook is the top social network, but interestingly enough it isn’t the best option for converting sales. Since 70 percent of consumers click through retail blogs and 68 percent of consumers research products through YouTube, you need to use other networks to help your conversion.

Get your team on board

Part of your strategy should be to get your team involved and active on your networks. This will help create activity and buzz around your brand, but it will also create interaction amongst your employees. Your sales teams, marketing teams, social teams, creative teams, and brand ambassadors all need to be on board with the direction of your social strategy.
