Donations to Free Geek
Over the last couple of months, Insivia has been collecting various old hardware to donate to the organization know as Free Geek. With our recent move, we were able to give away many of our replaced computers, monitors and other equipment to this great organization.
Why donate old hardware? Well, first off it is much safer for the environment since many computers and monitors will produce hazardous waste if thrown away. Second, it offers a way for people who may not be able to afford new computers a chance to buy what they need at thrift stores.
We'd like to thank everyone who has helped us donate to this organization and encourage others to donate their old hardware as well.
