Success for Insivia and Midtown Brews

On Thursday, February 7, Insivia along with Midtown Brews and EarthWatch Ohio welcomed over 100 participants to join and enjoy their favorite beer, eat, and connect in conversation lead by energy experts from the greater Cleveland area. These experts included:

  • Richard Stuebi,  BP Fellow for Energy and Environmental Advancement at The Cleveland Foundation
  • City of Cleveland Councilman Matt Zone
  • Nolan Moser, Law Fellow, Ohio Environmental Council
  • Elisa Young, Founder of Meigs CAN (Citizen Action Now)
  • and Andrew Watterson, Program Director, Sustainability Program, City of Cleveland Department of Public Utilities
The group questioned what needs to be done in order to create a better way for Cleveland to operate today with little repercussions for tomorrow. Each member had their ideas to share and rebuttals to lend to others during the information-packed panel discussion.

The creator and CEO of Insivia, Andy Halko, said, "We were excited to see the large amount of people that came out and contributed to the discussion and made our first Midtown Brews event a success."

At the event a live broadcast went out from the Insivia website that allowed for viewers and conversation contributors to come directly from the web. The broadcast and live chat and broadcast made it possible distant groups such as Smaller Indiana and Baldwin-Wallace College students to participate.

Please join Midtown Brews on March 6th at Insivia to discuss creative capital for a 21st century digital media marketplace.
